What is Sofinco credit payment?
- How long does it take for Sofinco to study my file?
A From the signing of your contract (electronic signature when ordering or paper signature upon receipt of the documents), your file will be studied within 48 to 72 hours by the Sofinco teams.
- When will my order be shipped?
From the signing of your contract, you will benefit from a legal withdrawal period of 14 days. After this period, and subject to final acceptance of your file by Sofinco, your order will be shipped.
- I do not wish not sign my Sofinco file electronically when placing my order, what should I do?
If you prefer to sign a paper contract, download your file from the Sofinco space. In order to receive your order as quickly as possible, we invite you to return your signed credit offer to Sofinco, accompanied by supporting documents, as soon as possible.
- Is there a withdrawal period?
From the signing of your contract (electronic signature when ordering or paper upon receipt of the documents), you will benefit from a legal withdrawal period of 14 days.
After this period, and subject to definitive acceptance of your file by Sofinco, your order will be shipped.< /p>
You cannot renounce it under any circumstances.
- My file was refused by Sofinco, what should I do? ?
The acceptance of your file is the responsibility of Sofinco. We cannot intervene in any way.
We therefore invite you to re-place your order by selecting another payment method.
- My file is still under study or on hold for more than 5 days, what should I do?
If any documents are missing from your file, you will be contacted directly by Sofinco. If you have not heard from us after 10 days, we invite you to contact Sofinco directly at the email address cacf_em-bordeaux@faxbis.com. Rêves de libellule cannot intervene with SOFINCO under any circumstances.
- Who to contact in the event of a problem?

In order to validate your order it is necessary to complete your financing request from our partner SOFINCO.
THE STEPS:
- You access the secure site of our partner SOFINCO and complete your request.
- Once it is finalized, you receive immediate agreement in principle.
- Within 48 to 72 hours, SOFINCO studies your file in detail and gives you its approval final financing (NB: in the event of a request for additional documents by email, we advise you to send them quickly so as not to delay processing).
- Once your financing agreement has been received, your order can be prepared.
As soon as you validate your order:

- You complete your financing file,
